This is
the down-sized version of the Best American Topper and it is
designed as a cross-over lure to give the Bass and Pike angler
another fishing option.
The 4 inch 1½ ounce lure body is fashioned after
the Surf-O-Reno. This body profile has a proven success rate for all
species of fish.
The
old style brass props give this lure the action in the water that
will spark the interest of a predator on the prowl be it Musky, Bass
or Pike. As the blades rotate during the retrieve, they emit a
metallic ticking sound that is sensed by the lateral line of the
fish
The lure
is equipped with 3/0 Owner Stinger treble hooks that provide the
“Hook-up Advantage”. These hooks are super sharp and never
require sharpening.
The lure is made
of select pine, it has an undercoat of Kilz, two coats of enamel
paint and an Epoxy clear coat to seal the lure.
The
lure is effective in calm to light chop conditions using a slow to
moderate retrieve.
The lure comes in
the four color patterns shown at the right and every lure is water
tested to ensure consistent performance. |
